Ahmed was Regional Head of the Equity Capital Markets Team in Al Tamimi & Company Dubai. Before that, he was Group General Counsel of ASEC Group the industrial platform of Citadel Capital Private Equity, and also a leading partner at Trowers & Hamlins, Cairo office, heading the corporate commercial department.
Ahmed is a managing partner at Ibrahim & Partners. Previously, he worked for Al Tamimi & Co, ASEC Group, and Trowers & Hamlins. Ahmed specialises in project finance transactions, equity capital markets, IPO, general corporate/commercial matters, joint ventures, as well as various commercial agreements including sale of goods, agency, and distribution agreements.
