How to create an account?
You can create an account by going to the upper right corner of market.tawreed.co and clicking Sign in/Sign up.
Then click on “Click new account” & fill in required info; it's simple - just an email address and a password are required!

-You can see our whole catalogue on the main page. Just choose the category you are interested in
-To check special time-limited offers you need to click on the “Special offers” button on the top left corner. Also we weekly send hot offers to our clients on WhatsApp.

Do you have a catalogue of items?
Or, in the top right corner of the market, there is always a search engine that can help you find any item. You can also send us your item list, and our procurement managers will make a list of the most suitable items at good prices for you. Simply make a request to your support manager.
You can use filters to detail your request and use brand filters whenever you go to any kind of category.
Yes! Over 2500 of the most popular items are available on our platform. It is entirely digital and orders placed on market.tawreed.co. Browse through the items by using categories or subcategories.
How to place an order?
When selecting an item, there is a useful function to use:
-Add top-consumed items to the Wishlist to easily track price changes, or add items you like but plan to buy later.
-On the Checkout stage, add a "Consumer note" to your order by placing it above the "Place order" button.
It can be used for restaurant work timing, route details, and other comments to your order.
We recommend that you create an account using your email and password before placing an order ("Sign Up" is on the top right). Then you add the items to your cart, proceed to checkout, fill out the form, and you're done. After you place your order, you will receive an email with the order details and its number.
What to do if "Place order" does not work?
The button "Place order" may not work for various reasons; please check all of them:
1) Check that you have entered all of the required information on the Checkout stage. Check it on the left side
of the page and fill out the Shipping information, Billing address, Delivery information, and Payment methods.
2) Check to see if you have checked the box indicating that you agree to the collection and use of your personal data.
3) If your order does not meet the minimum order quantity. (Usually the box size)

At this stage only cash on delivery and pay online before delivery is available.

How to download the invoice or Itemlist for the order I placed?
After placing your order you will be able to see a button to check the order and also you will receive an email confirming your order immediately after placing it.
What should I do if I can't reach MOA?
Our delivery areas do not have a MOA. If you see that a MOA is required, double-check that we deliver in your area. Our delivery areas are Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman, and it is always FREE.
What is MOA?
Please keep in mind that some items come in boxes, and the minimum order amount for such items is one box or carton.
The minimum order amount is the amount of items that must be ordered in order to be eligible for free delivery.
We don't have a minimum order amount, so you can order 1kg of carrots on Tawreed.co.

How can I track my order?
We are in the process of setting up an automatic system which will give exact information about your delivery. The process will be launched in the first quarter of 2022.

When do I receive my order?
We can deliver your order on the next day after the order. Daily deliveries from 1pm to 10pm
  • Orders placed before 6pm current day will be delivered until 3pm next day
  • Orders placed after 6pm current day will be delivered after 3pm next day
  • Orders placed from 00:00 to 2pm will be delivered same day after 3pm
All items of your order will be delivered in One van
Do you deliver to Abu Dhabi & Al Ain?
We currently cover three regions: Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman.
We are working on improving our delivery system, but we are currently unable to deliver items to other regions.
Do you deliver to homes?
We do not deliver to homes/individuals because we only supply cafes and restaurants, but if you have a dark kitchen at your place, please provide evidence of that, which can be a trade licence.

How much cost the delivery?
We deliver for FREE to Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman.

There are two payment methods available: cash on delivery and bank transfer in advance.
Do you accept payment by card or online payment?
We are working on adding more payment methods in the future, but for the time being, they are not available.

We deliver you at the same price as you placed your order. Your confirmed order will not be affected by the price change.
